Shipping; All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, Art In Farsi™ reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information.

Return Policy; You may only return an item after 30 days of purchase and with all hang tags attached. [We are unable to issue a refund for worn, used or unsalable items!] To mail the product(s) back to us, please contact the customer service via email or call our customer service phone number for details on where and how to send your items. A %10 restocking fee will apply to all returned items unless we have made a mistake with your orders. If you received a defective item, notify us within 5 business days after you received the item(s). If you fail to provide us with a timely notification, we will not be able to approve your return or exchange. We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order. Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 20 days of the initial purchase only. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Shipping Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 5-10 business days depending on your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 3-6 business days after you receive an e-mailed confirmation by (We do not send to P.O. Box). For your security we will ship all orders to your credit card statement address. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call us for your order. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. By law, we are required to charge sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with their state and local tax laws.

International Shipping For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders will arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.
